Ft. Braden School HVAC Upgrades

The Ft. Braden School HVAC Upgrade Project consists of demolition and replacement of the HVAC systems in Buildings Two, Three and Four. Southland Contracting is also replacing the HVAC Chiller systems in Building Five and the Mechanical Yard. We are rotating the existing lighting as necessary for above ceiling access. The current electrical system is being replaced which is required for the new mechanical equipment. The Fire Alarm Systems are being replaced and modified along with some of the ceiling systems, doors and hardware. Construction is taking place on a fully operational school campus that is occupied with regular school hours.
