New 16,500 sf metal warehouse office space and distribution facility for Gorman Plumbing Supply, Tallahassee District. Three phase power project. Includes 2,500 sf office and 15,000 sf of distribution space. Built in 3 months, start to finish, on a fast track schedule. This was a site redevelopment project. Special conditions included requirements to work with the City and Owner on conditional approvals on environmental clearance and building permit in order to meet the 90 day schedule. The was a Butler Building with MR-24 standing seam metal roof with 22’ eave height.
