Delivery Types

 

Southland Contracting, Inc. understands that there are a number of different ways to structure the construction of a building, and with the conventional methods of construction being challenged by today's clients', Southland Contracting, Inc. has developed a system by which we strive to save time, spend less money, reduce litigation and heighten the building's quality for the client. Southland Contracting, Inc. varies the working arrangement, in which each project is evaluated to determine the employable delivery systems and methods applicable to the individual project. While each project is arranged uniquely, there remains six delivery types that each falls into. These methods include lump sum contracting, negotiated cost plus fee, guaranteed maximum price-fee, construction manager at-risk, construction manager as agent, and design/build.
