Our team develops a precise project budget in the early stages of design development to ensure that it is within the means of the owners' goals and will remain accurate through the design completion. During the Pre-construction phase Southland Contracting, Inc. provides project analysis, value engineering, and document review and coordination to provide the most cost-efficient design. Our project managers, and superintendents also provide scheduling, construction site use, and coordination planning during the Pre-construction phase of the project to maintain consistency and accuracy.
