Hibiscus by the Bay

Construct 140 unit condominium consisting of two towers, activities building and a pool. The buildings are 12 stories, concrete structure and are over 336,000 square feet, located in
Panama City, Florida. The site challenges included raising the 10 acre site approximately 10 feet in elevation. Southland Contracting working with the developers civil engineer who helped coordinate with the dredging entity of St. Andrews Bay where Southland was able to reclaim approximately 140,000 cubic yards of sand from the dredging spoil site, Southland Contracting self performed all this work.
