University Square Development

The project is a 39,000 square foot three story building constructed using concrete, steel and wood construction sitting on a 0.85 acre site. The ground level has 26 parking spaces, elevator machine room and trash room. The second level has an open breeze way and eight retail spaces. The third level has ten residential rental units. The exterior envelope is a combination of concrete block, brick, stone and EFIS with a roof covering using both single ply PVC membrane and shingle construction.
