Maintenance Building at FAMU-FSU College of Engineering with ADA Upgrades

Exterior envelope repairs to the Maintenance Building at FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, work included the removal and replace windows, repair to the existing siding, re-roof two trailers, install new 6/0 access doors, repair plywood in multiple locations, installation of new access ramp to accommodate racing vehicles on 2 buildings and mechanical upgrades that included two water closets with closet supply lines and valves. WW Drywall was MBE that preformed most of the non-licensed construction activities.
