Carlton Building Computer Room Renovation

This project entailed demolition of the existing computer rooms and returning the space to offices. The project included asbestos abatement, halon gas, leibert, and raised flooring removal. DMS had funding issues that SCI worked within.  We found ourselves working with a DMS Mechanical C.M. as a sub and as the prime C.M. for coordination purposes. Midway thru the project, 9/11 hit and DHSMV needed an emergency communication room. With our can do attitude, we allowed DMS to hold up construction and develop their new interior. We then built out the space within the original budget, providing another completed project to DMS
