New 11,250 sf metal warehouse building for Rowe Roofing, Inc. Building has 20 foot ceilings and 6 roll-up doors for delivery and storage. Three phase power project. Includes a full service sheet metal shop and a 2,000 sf training facility with restrooms and showers.

Construct 96 unit condominium consisting of one structure and a pool, located in Pensacola, Florida. The building is a 10 story concrete structure and is over 205,000 square feet. Site work included de-watering the site prior to installation of the foundation and retaining walls which included sub-ground parking garage and swimming pool.
