Operating and Maintenance Manuals

• Submit to owner for all mechanical, electrical and special equipment items.
• Request from the required subcontractors the operating and maintenance manuals, before the final payment to the subcontractor is approved.
• Upon request from the owner, obtain manual for finish items, and place in Operating and Maintenance manual for architectural item.
