Supervision
- Develop the short-term "Look Ahead" schedules.
- Coordinate testing and inspection agencies and consultants to view project.
- Maintain temporary facilities and site access for public and private users.
- Prepare and record daily subcontractor work reports.
- Prepare and distribute job-meeting minutes.
- Identify and notify owner of any potential changes.
- Maintain on-site, as-built documentation.
- Review subcontractors' requests for information, shop drawings, samples, and other submittals to determine compliance with the project requirements, the project and construction budget, and the construction schedule.
- Forward to the architect the requests for clarification or interpretation, shop drawings, samples, or other submittals, along with comments regarding matters of constructability, cost, sequencing, scheduling and time of construction, clarity, consistency, and coordination in documentation.
- Review the progress of construction of each subcontractor, and evaluate the percentage complete of each construction activity.
- Coordinate and expedite submittals of information from the subcontractors for record drawings and specification preparation.
- Coordinate and expedite the transmittal of record documents to the architect.
- Ensure all permits are in place.
