• Schedule Review/ Refinement.
• Prepare and update the project schedule to indicate all activities crucial to the project success.
• Prepare the entitlement process, budgeting, budget and scope approvals, procurement, deliveries and construction.
• Refine the schedules with each new drawing issued and present it to the entire team at the project job meetings for review.
• Produce scheduling that communicates the project plan and properties to all team members throughout the Pre-construction process.
